Hello. I am Goun, working in fine line and black and grey in Hongdae, Seoul.
A tattoo is permanent, so I would sooner tell you to take your time than talk you into it.
I show you the hygiene preparation and the pricing and deposit rules before we start, and I ask you to judge my work by healed photographs rather than fresh ones.
